First, go over your 3B test and review what you missed.  Then:

1) Take the 2 online quizzes from your workbook first.

2) Practice for your vocabulary quiz on Tuesday.

3) Complete your online homework.

4) Practice for the final exam.

Spanish 1 Review for 3A

1) Complete the "reflexión" for the warm-up sheet using the page numbers to guide you.  (The description of the artwork in Spanish is now extra credit.)  Don't forget to make your menu as authentic as possible, using the current local currency and local dishes.  You can include English in the descriptions of the food if necessary, but make the headings and title in Spanish.

2) Use the "3A" section to prepare for the test, especially the "Practice Activities" and "Test Preparation."

3) Use Quizlet to practice vocabulary.

4) Use Conjuguemos to practice conjugation.  Don't forget to mark "All but vosotros."

12.11.13 Español 2

1) Toma la prueba de vocabulario de 3A.

To type the special characters, two keystrokes are required. To type the á, you need only strike the apostrophe key and then the letter a. The other characters are just as easy:

2) Rewrite your 6A test essay with corrections and submit using Google Docs.  You may want to type it up in Microsoft Word (setting the language to Spanish under "Review" tab for Microsoft or under File for Google Docs) and then cut and paste it into Google Docs naming it your number then 6A Revision (ex. 2-29 6A Revision).

3) Once finished, complete 6B homework or practice vocab (see prior blog for practice links).  Remember your use of this computer time may be graded, so work wisely!

Using this website, answer the "Infómate" questions (parts A) on a separate sheet of paper to be turned in at the end of class. These may be answered with a partner, but be sure to put both names and numbers on the paper.

4) Check your grade on Portal and see if you have any missing assignments.  Follow up on these!

5) Complete your 5A homework due tonight, work on Journal entries due tomorrow, or prepare for tomorrow's test: Multiple Choice practice     Concept and Vocab practice (Be sure to scroll down to 5A and use either the "Practice Activities" or the "Puzzles.")

Practice your new 5A vocabulary.

Practice stem changers.  Be sure to select all but vosotros.  You may also want to work on specific verbs like: tener, vener, preferir, querer, poder, etc.

Log on to your textbook.  Be sure to change classes from Spanish 1 to your old class (top left arrow down).  Once in the new class click on Calendar and complete the assignments listed on the 22nd.
